The University of Texas at Austin Automatic Admissions
Current Seniors (entering 2019-2020): Top 6% 
Current Juniors (entering 2020-2021): Top 6% 
*While December 1 is the deadline to submit applications, students should apply by October 15 because  colleges/departments fill to a certain percent with top 6% students. Students may not get their first choice major even with automatic acceptance!
Scholarships, honors programs, and on-campus housing have a separate application from the admissions application. (Honors programs—Business, College of Natural Sciences, Engineering, Liberal Arts, and Plan II--had a deadline of October 15 last year.)
Priority Deadline: November 1 (notification no later than February 1)
Regular Deadline: December 1 (notification no later than March 1)

UT Austin – Houston Admissions Center
You can drop off your admissions application, transcript, resume, essays, or any other materials that go with the application to the Houston Admissions Center. Materials received here by the deadline are considered on time. The Admissions Center is located at 8 Greenwaay Plaza, Suite 824, Houston, TX 77046 – at the corner of Richmond Avenue and Adloe Street, midway between downtown Houston and the Galleria area, with convenient access from the 50/Southwest Freeway.
