TEXAS Grant (Toward EXcellence, Access and Success Grant Program) – The Texas Legislature established the TEXAS Grant to make sure that well-prepared high school graduates with financial need can go to college.
TEACH for Texas Grant (Loan Forgiveness) – Every year TEA submits a list of teacher shortage areas by subject matter and a list of designated low-income schools to the U.S. Department of Education. Teachers with certain types of student loans may qualify for partial loan forgiveness, deferment, or cancellation benefits.

To graduate from LCM high school, students must do the following:
Endorsement Areas – Take a closer look at each endorsement area and connect those endorsement pathways to career opportunities. Each comprehensive link below contains vital information about the guidelines of the Foundation High School program and endorsement selection requirements. In addition, they feature careers that are specific to each endorsement area and the accompanying labor market information for each job title.

Registration for “NEW” Students to LCM High School
Students who have been enrolled in another district should present their birth certificate, latest report card or transcript, immunization record, parent’s drivers license, student’s social security card, and proof of residency at the time of registration. Register in the Counselors’ Office.
