STANLEY SELECTED BEARS AOW
September 28 – Congratulations to senior wide receiver & cornerback, Dawson Stanley, on being named the LCM Bears Athlete of the Week. Dawson delivered a standout performance in the Battlin’ Bears win over Vidor Friday night. He led the team with 6 receptions for 91 yards and sparked momentum early with a 74-yard fumble recovery for a touchdown.
WOODSON SELECTED LADY BEARS AOW
September 28 – Congratulations to senior, Asia Woodson for being selected as the LCM Lady Bears Athlete of the Week. Asia was a standout performer in the Lady Bears’ victories over WOS and Vidor, contributing in every phase of the game. She recorded 19 digs, 15 kills, and 4 aces, proving to be a key factor in both wins.

LADY BEARS WIN – MONTAGNE REACHES MILESTONE
September 26 – LCM volleyball teams came home with a sweep Friday night . The freshmen won in 2 sets, JV won in 3 sets, and Varsity won in 3 sets (25-21, 25-21, 25-10). Jada Montagne was recognized at the game for hitting 2000 career assists.
BEARS 1ST – LADY BEARS RUNNER-UP IN LIBERTY
September 26 (Liberty) – Boys cross country won first place for two years in a row at the Tony Munson Invitational at Liberty Friday morning. Chase Peacock finished 2nd, Brodie Fisher 3rd, Cazador Edgerton 9th, Derek Lopez 13th, Michael Ly 19th, Jose Perez 26th, and Mason Monceaux 31st. The boys scored 42 points as a team.
The girls were runners up with Marren Crawford placing 1st, Allyson Welch 2nd, Kyler Mullins 15th, Madison Ly 20th, and Aubri Watzlavik 31st.
BEAR TENNIS CRUISES PAST LUMBERTON
September 22 (LCM) – Bear Tennis cruised past the Lumberton Raiders Monday afternoon 18-1.
