GIRLS & BOYS SOCCER TRYOUT DATES SET

LADY BEARS OPEN DISTRICT PLAY WITH WIN

December 3 (LCM) – The Lady Bears opened district play with a 52-29 win over the Jasper Lady Bulldogs. Keylie Washburn lead LCM (8-0, 1-0) with 12 points, Kendall Jones had 9 points, Eden Frenzel finished with 7 points, and Emily Smith (above) and Taylor Huckaby added 6 points each. The JV, led by Aliviah Jasso (11 points) and Haylynn Trosclair (9 points), won 41-16.

HAWK SELECTED AOW

December 2 – Congratulations to senior Dane Hawk for being selected as the LCM Bears Athlete of the Week. In the Bears’ pair of victories against Liberty & Vinton, he averaged 12 points per game and made 8 three-pointers.

MEADOWS SELECTED LADY BEARS AOW

December 2 – Congratulations to junior Amaya Meadows for being selected as the LCM Lady Bears Athlete of the Week. In the Lady Bears’ dual wins over East Chambers & Huffman-Hargrave, she averaged 10 points, 5 rebounds, and 3 steals.
