B.A. in History with a Minor in English (Writing)
I began teaching in the Spring of 2021 at Deweyville High School and transitioned to LCM High School in Fall of the same year. I have been teaching World History and STAAR English the past two years while also teaching Government/Economics (‘21-’22 school year) as well as World Geography (‘22-’23 school year).
The past 6 years, I have consistently worked as a carpenter handling jobs as big as 10,000 sq/ft and as small as coffee tables. No matter the size of the project, there is a process that needs to be addressed to precision and excellence. Students, like wood-working, demand time and patience. As students age, their minds are tested against the elements. With the proper coaching and instruction, our young people will succeed and carry their knowledge to the next generation.
I’ve been married for two years, and I share a dog with my loving wife.
I enjoy a good classic movie, good music, and good food.
